Strategic program management at Invetech is the discipline of seeing around corners: risk before it’s a crisis, scope before it’s creep, dependencies before they’re delays. Our program managers aren’t administrators with Gantt charts. They’re engineers who run programs, with enough discipline depth to challenge a fluidics architecture or a software release plan when something doesn’t add up.
We bring this discipline to multi-year, regulated, multi-vendor instrument programs where small early decisions compound into large late costs. The job is to make those decisions visible, owned, and reversible while they’re still cheap.
