Guided by principles from the Toyota Production System, and proven through our shared history with Danaher, it gives our teams a clear and consistent framework for identifying opportunities, making improvements and driving sustainable outcomes across the business.
For customers, that means our manufacturing and support processes are never treated as static. We measure, review and refine them continuously to improve efficiency, reduce waste, strengthen quality and deliver more reliable outcomes. In complex products, even small process improvements can make a meaningful difference in throughput, consistency and total cost.

Our UX team designs alongside the industrial design, software, and human-factors engineering teams that have to deliver on the experience. The design we research and prototype in week one is buildable, validatable, and submittable. Not a deliverable that gets quietly redesigned during integration. And because IEC 62366 alignment is the default, summative validation is something we plan for, not retrofit to.
