The engineering partner behind hundreds of clinical and life science products.

Invetech works with Diagnostics and Cell and Gene Therapy companies in their quest to bring novel life-saving therapies to market, from early feasibility through scale manufacturing and lifecycle support. That scope includes instrument development, contract manufacturing, automation systems, custom consumables, and a proprietary platform of configurable products for Cell & Gene Therapy.

Invetech operated within Danaher and Fortive around 20 years, building deep expertise in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and the operating disciplines those systems demand. In 2024 we became a private company again through Management Buy-out, hereby maintaining the Lean legacy through our Invetech Business Excellence System while now being even better positioned to bring to our clients the agility, speed, flexibility and competitiveness they need to realise their next innovation breakthroughs.

Wherever we work, we combine deep domain expertise with a humble can-do attitude to unleash a relentless focus on delivering on our clients’ business objectives.

Multi-disciplinary leadership across engineering, science, and operations.

Invetech’s leadership brings decades of experience across diagnostics, cell therapy, manufacturing, and regulatory, with backgrounds at Danaher, Fortive, and global healthcare organizations. They work directly alongside client teams at every stage.
