BOXBOROUGH, MA (March 28, 2018) – Invetech, a leader in new product development, custom automation and contract manufacturing, today announced the formal ISO 13485 certification of its in vitro diagnostics (IVD) manufacturing center in Boxborough, MA. This achievement expands the company’s global IVD contract manufacturing footprint into the United States while complementing the well-established manufacturing capabilities of its facility in Melbourne, Australia.
In addition to its IVD instrument manufacturing accreditation, Invetech’s Dover Motion facility in Boxborough will continue to operate as an ISO 9001 accredited design and manufacturing center for the supply of precision motion solutions and subsystems for diagnostics instruments.

In anticipation of this accreditation, Invetech has established a pipeline of IVD instrument contract manufacturing projects to be manufactured in the Boxborough facility.
