As leader of Invetech, Andreas brings more than 20 years of deep experience in guiding product development teams to deliver market winning technologies and products. Commencing his career with Draeger Medical, Andreas moved into venture capital, supporting and investing in early stage medical technology companies. Andreas’ relationship with Invetech started in 2004 where he held positions of increasing responsibility including Program Manager and Director of Biomedical Instruments and Devices. In 2012, Andreas became Global VP Core Histology for Leica Biosystems prior to returning to Invetech for the start of 2016 as President.
Andreas holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from Hamburg University in Germany.
Global VP, Sales
Anthony is a proven product development leader with more than 20 years of experience in markets including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech and consumer products. As Global VP Sales, Diagnostics, Anthony is responsible for driving the continued expansion of our presence in North America and our focus on leadership and innovation in the rapidly expanding diagnostics and healthcare sectors.
Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University.
Global VP, Marketing
Yannick has more than twenty years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus in market strategy, product marketing and integrated brand marketing. Prior to joining Invetech in 2013, Yannick was VP of Global Marketing at Avaya, responsible for establishing Avaya's digital demand generation engine to support $5B in annual revenue. Yannick has also run a consultancy for European companies and start-ups looking to establish a strategic presence in U.S. markets.
Yannick has a Bachelor's Degree in Economic Science from the University of Ghent and an Executive MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Global VP Operations, Diagnostics
Rob has more than twenty-five years of experience creating leading edge products for the diagnostic and analytical laboratory markets - helping companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations define, develop and manufacture instrumentation and consumable products that deliver real differentiation and market competitiveness. He is a strong believer that success in these high technology markets demands a strong mix of excellence in both product definition and product delivery. As Global VP Operations, Diagnostics, Rob is actively driving Invetech's diagnostics business to deliver these attributes.
Rob has a Ph.D. in Physics from Monash University in Melbourne.
Doug is responsible for leading the global legal and compliance effort for Invetech. He has over 20 years of experience across a wide spectrum of legal roles in public, private and start-up companies with a particular focus on high tech products and services.
Doug has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Boston College and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
Vice President Finance
Vijay is responsible for leading the global finance function of Invetech and brings a unique combination of financial expertise, operational acumen and technology industry knowledge. He has more than 30 years’ experience in corporate finance for companies based in the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia including Danaher and Fortive affiliates.
Vijay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Hatfield polytechnic in the U.K. and is recognized as a Chartered Accountant in England, Wales and Australia.
General Manager and Vice President of Invetech’s Dover Motion Division
Ankush brings a diverse range of skills to Invetech’s Dover Motion division, a leading provider of precision stages and engineered motion solutions. He holds valuable experience in program management, research and development, new market identification, and general management. Located at Dover Motion's Boxborough, Massachusetts facility, Ankush joined Invetech from his position as General Manager of Tektronix Encore, one of the fastest growing businesses of Tektronix, a leading provider of test and measurement solutions. Ankush also held several other management roles within Tektronix including business development, new product portfolio management, and global product management.
Ankush has a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering and is a 2010 graduate of the MBA program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
Vice President, Cell Therapy
David has spent more than 11 years supporting our cell and advance therapy clients in establishing robust, scalable GMP therapy manufacture that maximizes commercial outcomes without compromising on product efficacy and consistency. He brings a wealth of expertise in innovative new product development, risk-based program management and business strategy.
David has an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a BE/BSc from The University of Melbourne.
Global Fortive Business System Lead
Tim is responsible for driving Invetech’s culture of continuous improvement through deployment of the Fortive Business System. In his more than 16 years of New Product Development, he has specialized in the application of continuous improvement concepts within the new product development environment across industries such as Aerospace and Medical Devices.
Tim has a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering together with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Director, Human Resources
Liza is responsible for all human resources (HR) activities across Invetech group, including leading initiatives for attracting and developing the best talent available and building a culture of integrity, agility and innovation. Liza has significant and diverse experience acquired through various HR leadership roles, most recently in the oil and gas industry in Canada.
Liza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, combined with a Professional Diploma of HR and MBA from James Cook University, Australia.
