Invetech Pty. Ltd. and Invetech US LLC (“Invetech”, “we,” or “us”) respects your concerns about privacy and values the relationship we have with you.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal data we collect online at www.invetechgroup.com and/or go.invetechgroup.com (the “Invetech Site” or “Site”), and offline, how we use the information and, as applicable, the choices and rights available to you regarding our use of the information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information, how long we retain it, and how to contact us about our privacy practices and how to exercise your rights.
The types of Personal Data that we may collect while you use the Invetech Site or through your other interactions with us, such as in person, are described in this section and include both information that you provide to us and information that we collect automatically when you use the Invetech Site.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means information that identifies you or that could reasonably be used to identify you. Examples of Personal Data include name, address, telephone number, and email address. Personal Data may also include information collected when you use the Site, to the extent such information could reasonably be used to identify you.

You do not have to register for a service or program to receive much of the information available through the Invetech Site. However, some of our content is only available to registered or identified users and will require you to provide specific information about yourself to access this information or service.

By engaging with us for employment you agree that we may collect, store, and process such Personal Data (including, but not limited to, in the United States and Australia) as described above. We do not and will not sell your Personal Data to any third parties, and we will treat your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If we have a legitimate need to process Personal Data about you for purposes beyond carrying out the employment relationship, or beyond otherwise as identified above, we will comply with all laws to provide you notice and obtain consent. California residents have the same rights to make requests when the personal data collected relates to employment as they would for any other personal data, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update and provide a new Employee Privacy Notice at any time.
You may contact Invetech to ask questions, discuss your concerns, or report issues regarding our services. If you communicate with or request information from Invetech, you may be asked to provide your contact information as well as Personal Data that is relevant to your request.
When you use the Invetech Site, we may also automatically collect certain usage and device information as described below.
We may record the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address of your computer or other electronic device when you visit the Invetech Site. An IP address identifies the electronic device you use to access the Invetech Site. Your IP address allows us to maintain communication with your computer as you navigate the Invetech Site and to customize content. This information is also used to identify and account-level data such as company name and website.
We also collect information about your use of the Invetech Site through tracking technologies such as cookies. A “cookie” is a unique numeric code that is transferred to your computer to track your interests and preferences and to recognize you as a return visitor.

We may retain your Personal Data for purposes of providing services to you, for ongoing improvement of our website, and for better aligning our products and services with your needs. Where required by law, retention of your Personal Data may be limited to a duration that is reasonable in order to provide the services requested by you. To the extent required by applicable law, we will retain your Personal Data for the duration of our relationship, plus a reasonable period to comply with the applicable statute of limitations or if otherwise required under applicable law.
We only share your Personal Data with third parties as described below. We do not sell or rent Personal Data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We have relationships with suppliers and affiliated companies who help us operate our business and for whom it may be necessary to have access to your Personal Data in the course of fulfilling your request or providing services to Invetech. We do not authorize these parties to use your Personal Data for any purpose that is not related to services provided by Invetech. Additionally, we do not share Personal Data originating in countries that require consent to share Personal Data, unless consent has been obtained prior to sharing with the applicable supplier or affiliate. Where consent is obtained, we require the supplier or affiliate to handle your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
In the event Invetech decides to reorganize or divest our business through sale, merger, or acquisition, Invetech reserves the right to share and may share Personal Data about you with actual or prospective purchasers. We will require any actual or prospective purchasers to treat this Personal Data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
The Invetech Site is not directed to children under the age of 18 (Invetech defines “children” as minors younger than 18). Invetech does not knowingly collect or use any Personal Data directly from children on the Invetech Site. We do not knowingly allow children to order our services, to communicate with us, or to use any of our online services. If you are a parent and become aware that your child has provided us with information, please contact us using one of the methods specified below, and we will work with you to address this issue.
You have the right to exercise your privacy rights respecting your Personal Data without any form of discriminatory treatment by us.
In certain jurisdictions, which may change from time to time, residents have certain rights relating to the Personal Data about you that we collect and maintain. If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request that we provide you with information, including Personal Data, that we collect, use or disclose, and you also have the right to request that we correct or delete such information to the extent it is collected or maintained by us. Specifically, you may request (i) to know about Personal Data collected about you; (ii) to correct Personal Data collected about you; or (iii) to delete Personal Data collected about you.

If you would like to delete, amend, or correct your Personal Data and are contacting us by email, please put “Deletion Request” or “Amendment/Correction Request” in the subject line of the email.
We will confirm receipt of a request within 10 days. Prior to providing a substantive response, we will review the information you provided along with information we have about you in our records, if any, to verify your identity. If and when your identity is verified, we will fulfill the request to the extent we are able and permitted to by law. Our substantive response will be within 45 days of the request, unless we notify you otherwise. We may reach out to you by e-mail, mail or by phone. If the request involves the deletion of Personal Data, we will, upon verifying your identity, ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed, and then, provided we are not barred from deleting the Personal Data for another reason, we will proceed to delete the Personal Data.
Further to the other provisions of the Privacy Policy, residents of the European Union (“EU”) and the United Kingdom (“UK”) have the additional rights as outlined below. To the extent any part of this section conflicts with other sections of the Privacy Policy, the provisions of this section shall control. References to “data subject” refer to the individual(s) whose Personal Data is at issue.

Your consent. When a data subject chooses to provide Personal Data, we use that personal data solely for the purposes for which it was provided. Invetech does not use Personal Data to facilitate unsolicited marketing or to share it with or sell it to third parties.

Legitimate interest. We may process your Personal Data to fulfill our legitimate interest in achieving our mission.
To fulfill a contractual obligation. If you enter into an agreement with us, we will process the Personal Data you provide solely to satisfy our obligations under the agreement, or if you engage with us, we will process the Personal Data you provided solely for the execution of the business activities associated with the engagement.
Legal obligation. Invetech may disclose Personal Data under the following circumstances: in response to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights and to process the registered user’s request.
Personal Data collected by us from the EU or UK may be transferred to locations outside the EU or UK, respectively. Under those circumstances, Invetech develops and implements appropriate measures and safeguards to protect the data during transfer and for the duration it is processed and/or stored in a jurisdiction outside of the EU or UK.

Even if a data subject objects to the processing of Personal Data, we are nevertheless allowed to continue the same if the processing is (i) legally mandatory, (ii) necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, (iii) necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, or (iv) necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests we follow, including the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Invetech maintains reasonable technical, administrative and physical controls to secure and protect any Personal Data collected through the Invetech Site. However, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party could intercept an Internet transmission, or that someone will find a way to thwart our security systems. We urge you to exercise caution when transmitting Personal Data over the Internet, especially your financial-related information. Invetech cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not gain access to your Personal Data; therefore, when submitting Personal Data to the Invetech Site, you must weigh both the benefits and the risks. Similarly, for Personal Data collected through means other than the Invetech Site, Invetech maintains reasonable technical, administrative and physical controls.
We will only use Personal Data in the manner described in this Privacy Policy based on the Privacy Policy in effect when the information was collected from you or as authorized for collection by you. However, and subject to any applicable consent requirements, this Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our personal information management practices.
